07.17.07 - 2007 Canadian Team for Para-Cycle World Championships

The Canadian Cycling Association is pleased to announce the composition of the Canadian team for the Para-Cycle world championships, to be held in Bordeaux, France, from August 19th to 27th.

Selections were based on performances at the national championships and international rankings.

· Daniel Chalifour / Alex Cloutier (QC) – men’s tandem (road race, time trial, pursuit, kilo)
· Stéphane Côté / Pierre-Olivier Boily (QC) – men’s tandem (road race, time trial, pursuit)
· Brian Cowie (BC) / Devon Smibert (AB) – men’s tandem (time trial, pursuit, sprint, kilo)
· Gene Della Siega (BC) / Craig DeVeer (ON) – men’s tandem (road race, kilo)
· Jean Quévillon (QC) – men’s CP3
· Braydon McDougall (AB) – men’s CP3
· Eric Bourgault (QC) – men’s LC2
· Mark Beggs (QC) – men’s HCB
· Rico Morneau (QC) – men’s HCB
· Lisa Stowe (AB) – women’s LC1
