06.03.11 -The Tour de Beauce supported by incomparable partners !

Saint-Georges, June 3, 2011 – The Tour de Beauce is in its 26th year. It is proud to count among its major sponsors again this year Hydro Quebec, Desjardins, Le Georgesville and Rocky Mountain. Added to these major sponsors are the governments of Quebec and Canada who also provide financial support to the Tour.

Among the official suppliers, we are please to find some from the past as well as a few new ones : Thule, Iclic, Champion System, Pepsi Alex Coulombe, Image de Mark, Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton, IGA Rodrigue et filles, St-Georges Toyota, Mega-Sat Rogers, Caron Telecom and System D. They allow us to present and improve this world-class event through their numerous services.

Our media partners are also essential to the smooth running of the Tour and have greatly contributed to its longevity. They include : Le Soleil, le Journal de la Beauce, Look Média, En Beauce.com, FM93, 103.5 COOL FM and MIX 99.7.

It is important to emphasize the excellent cooperation of several municipal and provincial organizations, in particular the host cities : Saint-Georges, Québec, Thetford Mines, Lac-Etchemin and Saint-René as well as Mont Megantic National Park. To these public organization is added the CLD Beauce-Sartigan who is a major contributor to the success of the Tour.

The organization would equally like to acknowledge the cooperation of all the towns passed through, the Sûreté du Québec, the municipal police forces of Saint-Georges, Thetford Mines and Quebec City and the Quebec Minister of Transportation, because without them, this international event would not be possible.

Lastly, it is important to remember the contributions of many area businesses who support the event as the Friends of the Tour de Beauce, as well as all the volunteers who give their invaluable time and services.
