April 7-8th 2007, Victoria, British Columbia

The CCA is coordinating a National Level BMX Commissaire Course scheduled to take place in Victoria, British Columbia – April 7-8th 2007. The course will be presented in English by, Loyal Ma – UCI BMX National Course Instructor, UCI Commissaire.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
To be eligible to become a National Level BMX Commissaire candidates must have completed at least two years as a Provincial Level BMX Commissaire or be currently qualified as a National Level Road or MTB Commissaire.

Candidates must receive the recommendation of their provincial or territorial association. The associations are encouraged to subsidize costs for candidates representing the province or territory.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE:
Eligible candidates must complete the attached application form and return it to the CCA with payment for the course.

Registration is $100.00.

The registration deadline is Friday March 23rd 2007. Candidates will receive confirmation as registrations are received.

COURSE SUMMARY:

  • Saturday April 7th - All day (08h30 start) - Classroom session.
  • Sunday April 8th - All day (09h00 start) - Classroom session.
  • Sunday April 8th - Participants depart (Approximately 16h00).
  • ACCOMMODATION & TRAVEL:
    Candidates are responsible for their own costs and arrangements associated with travel, accommodation and meals. The CCA is exploring the availability of affordable room rates at a local hotel. Please indicate on the registration form the dates accommodation would be required if interested in this option. The CCA will confirm availability and rates to participants.
