SPROCKIDS LEADERS AND MASTER COURSES CONDUCTORS LIST

It was agreed that the Sprockids NICP is a nationally co-ordinated program with community-based delivery. We encourage leaders to take their own energy and in no time, the enthusiasm and excitement of the participants will bring to the program will consume the leaders. As such, the key local deliverers include:

- Affiliated cycling clubs
- National Cycling Centres
- Provincial and Territorial Cycling Organisations
- Schools
- Bike stores (member of the BTAC - Bicycle and Trades Association of Canada)
- Universities and colleges
- Municipalities
- Other recognize institutions such as Boys and Girls Clubs, Scouts, etc.

In the case on an individual, we recommend he/she should be linked to one of the above mentioned deliverers.

The training of CCA Sprockids Leaders is consistant with the Coaching Association of Canada Certification program oriented toward competencies. The training will focus on: Teaching skills, Analysing performances Planning and design of sessions, Provide support, Management , Ethical

The content of the CCA Sprockids E-Training is developed by a core group of master course conductors. The initial core group is composed of the development committee of the CCA Sprockids program.
